Albano, who was facing a pair of felony charges, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct this week in Carmel Town Court. His charges came following an incident in October.
According to a lohud report, the incident involved a landlord-tenant dispute on Route 6 in Carmel, involving a tenant at his county-owned home on Tilly Foster Farm in Southeast.
Albano was arrested in October after a tenant alleged that he had entered an apartment Albano rented out and took several items without permission. The value of the items was well over $1,000, which led to a pair of felony charges for burglary and grand larceny, due to the value of the items.
Following the plea agreement, which helped Albano avoid the felony charges, he was ordered to pay $300 in fines. He received no jail time.
